What you'll do
- Provision and image or reimage laptops
- maintain, audit, ship, and receive IT inventory and request replenishment
- follow up on equipment returns
- provide in-person and remote desktop support, including user setup and troubleshooting
- support meeting-room audiovisual equipment
- manage and escalate tickets
- maintain technical documentation
- and follow security, HIPAA, and other IT policies.
