Field Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Transport materials, waste, and equipment to and from job sites in accordance with applicable Department of Transportation requirements
• load and unload using proper rigging and securement
• conduct vehicle and equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• document mechanical concerns and coordinate repairs
• maintain maintenance logs
• inspect job-site services against project requirements, safety standards, and customer expectations
• communicate quality concerns and recommend corrective actions
• coordinate deliveries with vendors and suppliers
• address customer inquiries and requests
• participate in and conduct safety meetings and audits
• promptly communicate hazards and compliance concerns.
