The Engineering Specialist role is onsite in Roseville, CA, on D shift, Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday, starting at 6 p.m. Base pay is $26.50–$32.00 per hour, with built-in overtime and shift pay; the position is eligible for a 15% shift premium. Bosch is expanding its U.S. silicon carbide semiconductor business at the Roseville site. This individual-contributor role supports semiconductor production by resolving process issues, controlling material disposition, improving yield and quality, and helping production operate efficiently.

What you'll do

• Resolve production operating problems
• disposition discrepant material reports and analyze resulting data
• communicate experiment and tool-qualification results
• develop operator training and specifications
• analyze yields and conduct failure analysis when needed
• evaluate manufacturing technologies
• maintain standard operating procedures
• develop systems to reduce cycle time, improve throughput and efficiency, and reduce costs.
