Senior Mechanical Project Manager

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Pay is $130,000–$180,000 per year. The role leads large commercial mechanical construction projects involving HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal. The project manager is responsible for project delivery and financial performance, coordinating procurement, subcontractors, documentation, schedules, and MEP work. The role also mentors project staff and works with general contractors, owners, and engineers to support safe, high-quality project execution.

What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of large commercial mechanical projects, including design-build and plan-and-spec work. Manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margins
• drive buyout, procurement, and subcontract negotiations
• manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
• mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers
• build relationships with general contractors, owners, and engineers
• oversee MEP coordination using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• and champion jobsite safety and quality.
