What you'll do

• Develop community-based internships and provide direct job coaching and task analysis
• support clients in community worksites
• involve families in the employment process
• contribute information and goal activities for CSE or ACCES-VR planning meetings
• assist with transition planning, interest inventories, and skill assessments
• provide counseling and support in person or remotely
• coordinate graduating seniors’ linkages to relevant services
• attend professional development
• support job development, placements, tours, and mentor programs.
