What you'll do

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone, email, and online
• prepare quotes and proposals for extrusion-industry parts and components
• support the sales cycle through order placement and fulfillment
• cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs
• collaborate with outside sales, technical specialists, and operations
• maintain customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts
• resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters
• coordinate timely delivery and service
• maintain CRM records
• track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• produce performance and market reports
• communicate product and technical information.
