Enterprise Risk Manager and Systems Engineering Support

The Enterprise Risk Manager and Systems Engineering Support role is onsite in Chantilly, VA, supporting an Intelligence Community space customer. The full-time position offers a target annual salary range of $150,001–$170,000. The work supports the National Reconnaissance Office, which designs, builds, launches, and maintains U.S. intelligence satellites. The role helps engineering teams identify and manage enterprise risks while supporting systems engineering across mission portfolios. Maintaining risk artifacts, evaluating mitigation options, and communicating risk impacts helps inform requirements, architectures, and system-level decisions.

What you'll do

• Capture and categorize technical risks, issues, and opportunities across system-of-systems architectures
• help develop, test, and document mitigation plans
• maintain Risk Management Framework artifacts, risk registers, and systems engineering plans
• facilitate meetings and technical presentations
• assist with engineering assessments, courses of action, and trade studies
• support risk-process facilitation.
