What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing care
• help maintain a safe and clean environment
• explain procedures
• assist with meals, transfers, and ambulation
• measure and record intake and output and vital signs
• report abnormal findings or changes in condition
• document care
• assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, diagnostic tests, procedures, and specimen collection
• collaborate with the healthcare team
• maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
