The Dietary Cook is an onsite, full-time position in Concord, NH, paying $20–$22 per hour. Pleasant View Center’s food service supports meals for its residents. The cook prepares and serves meals and snacks in line with menus, diet changes, and established food procedures. The role helps ensure meals are ready on time, food-service supplies remain stocked, and daily cleaning and administrative requirements are completed.

What you'll do

• Review menus and prepare meals
• work with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services on recommended changes
• follow established food procedures
• complete and submit required forms and reports
• help establish the production line and prepare meals on time
• process diet changes and new diets
• serve meals, bedtime snacks, and substitute foods
• assist with daily cleaning
• maintain adequate food, supply, and equipment stock.
