What you'll do

• Administer work intake and project tracking
• coordinate deadlines, status, documentation, and handoffs
• manage internal-client fulfillment and member notices
• maintain routine website, digital-banking, and email operations
• coordinate marketing materials, inventory, branch execution, vendors, and event logistics
• maintain records and reports
• identify issues and escalate matters requiring management approval.
