What you'll do

• Lead group training for youth, adults, and teams
• provide personal training and individualized coaching as needed
• oversee personal training session quality and consistency
• hire, train, and develop coaching staff
• support trainer scheduling, development, and accountability
• uphold D1 training standards
• track member engagement and retention
• build member relationships
• partner with sales staff on trial workouts and onboarding.
