Skills Trainer — Columbia Gorge Day Treatment

Job overview

The Skills Trainer role is onsite in The Dalles, OR, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, for 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour. The role supports children and families navigating emotional, behavioral, or mental-health challenges through Trillium Family Services’ Columbia Gorge Day Treatment program. The trainer builds rapport with children and adolescents, provides daily structure and activities, supports group and safety needs, and teaches skills to help clients manage mental-health symptoms. The role also models and coaches appropriate hygiene and social and interpersonal interactions.
