First-Shift Mill Operator is an onsite role at ICP Group’s manufacturing plant in Seaford, DE. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with some Saturdays as needed; training is scheduled 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. for about two weeks. Pay is $20.00–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience. ICP Group formulates and manufactures specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants. The operator sets up and monitors equipment for raw materials and operates machine controls while following procedures, quality requirements, and safety rules. The role supports production by operating filler lines, maintaining packaging accuracy, recording production, and reporting equipment or process issues.

What you'll do

• Follow the supervisor’s daily schedule
• maintain housekeeping
• assist with fill-line setup, takedown, and cleanup
• feed and operate filler lines according to procedures
• report problems and maintenance needs
• select correct packaging
• verify lot numbers
• record production counts
• maintain quality and safety standards
• and assist with general labor or training new personnel when required.
