What you'll do

• Set up and operate spring coiling or wire-forming machines
• produce springs, wire forms, and rings to blueprint specifications
• adjust machines and inspect parts
• use measuring tools and load testers to verify conformance
• troubleshoot production issues
• support continuous improvement
• assist with training newer team members
• complete production and quality documentation
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
