The Fresh Market Associate – Cheese & Salumi role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. Eataly’s cheese department features more than 500 cheeses sourced from Italy and elsewhere, and the company operates an Italian food and beverage marketplace. The associate helps guests select products and supports the department’s daily merchandising and service operations. By preparing, packaging, receiving, and stocking products and maintaining displays, the role helps guests explore the cheese selection and keeps the counter ready for service.

What you'll do

• Assist guests with cheese selection and share product knowledge
• weigh, label, and package products
• complete food preparation
• maintain counter and display refrigerators according to pricing
• alert management when supplies are low
• merchandise displays and rotate products using FIFO standards
• clean the workstation.
