What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound patient medical-record requests
• log, invoice, track, and respond to requests
• verify requestors’ rights to receive records
• respond to file-information requests under established procedures
• assist with compliance and privacy research, policy updates, program solutions, and audits
• support quality standards and special projects.
