What you'll do

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, presentations, assessments, implementation, and technical account management
• architect and deploy routers, switches, and firewalls
• implement and monitor network security
• deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory
• design LANs
• maintain network software and hardware
• build file servers and cloud solutions
• configure and manage VoIP
• troubleshoot network infrastructure
• manage Microsoft Exchange Server
• monitor alerts and respond according to guidelines
• handle escalated service requests and new-user onboarding.
