The work contributes to financing projects across technologies including solar, wind, energy storage, geothermal, biomass, and fuel cells.

What you'll do

• Advise on renewable energy project financing and development
• support tax credit-related financings
• draft, review, and negotiate transactional and financing documents
• conduct due diligence
• assist with transaction structuring and closings
• and provide client-focused guidance throughout transaction lifecycles.
