What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, digital, business, and leadership roles
• partner with hiring managers and HR leaders on recruiting strategies
• source candidates and maintain candidate relationships
• provide market insights and recruiting metrics
• maintain applicant tracking records
• support offer documentation and compensation data inputs
• manage position and contractor administration
• draft and govern job descriptions
• coordinate onboarding and workforce transactions
• support HR projects and selected HR Business Partner processes.
