What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, schedule, and develop the maintenance team
• oversee daily operations, work orders, and apartment turns
• coordinate preventive maintenance
• manage vendors and contractor work
• maintain inventory and control expenses
• ensure equipment and tools are maintained
• maintain OSHA and company safety compliance
• keep maintenance and safety records
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• participate in rotating on-call emergency maintenance
• perform lockouts, eviction-related maintenance, snow removal, and other emergency property needs.
