What you'll do

• Lead daily service department activities and support HVAC technicians
• coordinate scheduling, priorities, emergency calls, and workload with Dispatch
• coach and develop technicians
• monitor service calls, work orders, callbacks, and preventive maintenance
• resolve customer concerns
• review work orders and monitor productivity, utilization, overtime, and efficiency
• promote safety
• coordinate with other departments.
