What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors

• assist with forms and portal enrollment
• register patients and update demographics in the EMR
• schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
• verify insurance and authorizations
• explain and collect patient financial responsibilities
• process payments and reconcile daily cash
• complete check-in and check-out
• maintain accurate electronic records
• communicate with clinical and administrative teams.

Why this role
