The Director of Health and Wellness role is onsite in Fayetteville, NC. The annual salary range is $85,000–$100,000. The director leads health and wellness operations for residents at TerraBella Fayetteville, part of TerraBella Senior Living’s senior living communities. The director oversees resident health and well-being, clinical care compliance, service plans, and clinical staff. The role coordinates with the administrator, pharmacy consultant, families, and other departments to support safe, appropriate care and responsive resident services.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable clinical care laws and regulations
• collect and report occurrence trends and develop improvement plans when needed
• partner with the administrator and team on resident and staff health and safety
• coordinate with the pharmacy consultant
• provide clinical expertise to licensed nurses
• assist with educational presentations as assigned
• assess resident needs and oversee service plans and monthly updates
• communicate changes to responsible parties
• coordinate with department leads on service or medication levels
• schedule clinical staff
• ensure clinical supplies are available
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
