What you'll do

• Support labor and employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions
• conduct employment due diligence
• draft and negotiate executive employment, separation, restrictive covenant, and related agreements
• advise on executive mobility, non-compete and non-solicitation obligations, trade secret protection, workforce integration, and sensitive personnel matters.
