What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dental care, dressing, bowel and bladder functions, walking, wheelchair use, and positioning
• provide perineal care, make beds, and turn residents
• measure and record temperature, weight, pulse, and respiration
• document care and charting
• observe and report condition changes, accidents, and injuries
• answer call lights and respond calmly to emergencies.
