What you'll do

• Conduct on-site property evaluations, measurements, and exterior drainage inspections
• educate property owners on customized solutions
• follow up on qualified inbound leads and prospect for residential and B2B business
• build relationships with custom builders, property managers, HOAs, and general contractors
• prepare and deliver same-day proposals using digital quoting tools
• manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM.
