Wave Solder Machine Operator — 1st Shift

The Wave Solder Machine Operator — 1st Shift role is onsite in Olathe, KS, with pay of $20.25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., and Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with every other Friday off; occasional extended hours may be needed. The role supports the Through Hole Assembly department at an electronics manufacturer that builds printed circuit board assemblies and finished electronic products.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor wave solder machines according to production schedules, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications
• load and process PCB assemblies
• inspect solder joints for defects
• perform light routine maintenance and cleaning
• escalate process issues
• complete production and quality records
• collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, and Production
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
