What you'll do

• Complete management training and assessments
• learn staffing and scheduling, inventory, selling behaviors, customer issue resolution, and performance management
• support customer experience and associate engagement
• assist with merchandise placement and stock integrity
• perform opening, closing, and Manager on Duty responsibilities
• follow store safety and operating procedures.
