What you'll do

• Prepare and store ingredients
• cook food according to recipes and quality and presentation standards
• operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
• test food for doneness
• set up and break down the station
• prepare meat, fish, vegetables, and desserts
• coordinate station output
• maintain cleanliness and safety
• rotate and store food properly
• follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
