What you'll do

• Prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols
• store, handle, and dispose of medications in compliance with regulations
• monitor and report adverse reactions
• observe and report changes in health status
• measure and record vital signs as needed
• assist with basic healthcare tasks under licensed staff supervision
• encourage participation in wellness programs
• maintain organized and secure medication carts, records, and supplies
• follow infection-control procedures and respond to emergencies.

Why this role

Requires active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state. A high school diploma or GED is required; completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program and one year of relevant experience are preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
