What you'll do

• Assist internal and external customers with enrollment inquiries
• support new-group implementation
• gather and organize audit documents
• review and process enrollment questions and appeals according to plan guidelines
• communicate with members and vendors
• process coordination-of-benefits, dependent-age, and open-enrollment matters
• file and submit electronic and paper records
• support special projects.
