Licensed Building Enclosure Expert (PE or Registered Architect)

What you'll do

• Lead forensic investigations of building enclosure components
• conduct on-site condition assessments and oversee diagnostic testing
• review construction documents and determine probable causes of failures
• prepare technical reports, expert opinions, and repair recommendations
• assist with repair design and construction documents
• review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• conduct construction-phase quality assurance observations
• advise clients, mentor junior staff, and support business development.
