What you'll do

• Contact former customers and quote prospects
• follow up with personal and commercial prospects before renewal dates
• identify interest in insurance products and collect basic factual information
• schedule and confirm qualified appointments
• follow up on missed meetings
• enter leads, contact attempts, appointments, and notes in the CRM
• maintain prospect stages and follow-up tasks
• send approved communications
• follow scripts and compliance procedures
• complete assigned Total CSR training
• and honor requests not to receive further calls.
