Property and Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Provide oversight for residential properties
• develop facilities plans and performance measures
• advise on capital allocation and property lifecycle planning
• govern preventive maintenance programs
• select and implement maintenance or property platforms
• oversee routine and emergency maintenance
• manage vendor contracts and service levels
• oversee renovation and capital projects, budgets, and cost controls
• coordinate permitting, compliance, and project documentation.
