Teller / Member Service Representative

Job overview

The Teller / Member Service Representative role is onsite in Tipton, IN. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. The position supports Encompass Federal Credit Union’s member service and community impact. As a primary point of contact, the representative helps members manage everyday financial needs through accurate transactions, account maintenance, and relevant product and service guidance. The role also supports branch operations, cash handling, security, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, or electronically
• resolve concerns
• explain digital services
• schedule appointments
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other transactions
• maintain accounts
• assist with wires, ACH, cards, and online/mobile services
• balance cash
• support vault management and branch opening and closing
• follow compliance and security procedures.
