The Business Analyst — Federal Program role is hybrid, based in McLean, VA, with onsite work as needed and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern schedule. The analyst translates stakeholder needs into measurable requirements and helps carry initiatives from problem definition through implementation. By connecting program offices and technical teams, the role supports AI-enabled capabilities, project delivery, and outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and working sessions
• document business needs, success criteria, dependencies, and outcomes
• facilitate requirements development and traceability
• identify and prioritize AI use cases
• analyze business and system requirements, data sources, process flows, and integrations
• align stakeholders and technical teams
• maintain continuity across requirements, development, testing, and deployment
• support plans, schedules, estimates, status reports, and project documentation
• track outcome metrics and risks
• support quality, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.
