What you'll do

• monitor staff performance and provide feedback, evaluations, counseling, and discipline
• provide patient care as needed and support patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Why this role

BLS certification required; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within stated timeframes. Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience required.
