What you'll do

• Request and obtain verbal verifications of employment.
• Coordinate with insurance agents for updates.
• Request corrections from attorneys for title work.
• Collaborate with Underwriters and Processors for file updates.
• Review and prepare loan files for final closing documents.
• Confirm Initial Closing Disclosure issuance.
