What you'll do
- Provide one-to-one and small-group ABA services in a center-based setting
- implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction using reinforcement, prompting, NET, and DTT
- support development of communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills
- collect and record data and document sessions
- communicate observations and progress
- collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members
- follow clinical protocols and confidentiality standards
- participate in supervision, meetings, and training.
