Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with sales staff and customers
• manage orders, shipping, substitutions, pricing, claims, and returns
• enter orders, source products, verify acknowledgments and vendor confirmations, and update order status
• identify alternative vendors when products are unavailable
• prepare sales reports and analyze data
• identify system issues and track resolutions
• communicate updates
• provide backup support for billing and quotes as needed.
