What you'll do

• Examine, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic diseases
• provide preventive care and coordinate care for a primary care patient panel
• document care in clinical records
• refer patients to specialists when care is outside the physician’s experience or training
• monitor PACT team performance for adherence to VA standards and quality measures
• assist the patient advocate and administration in resolving patient concerns.
