The Spanish-Speaking Home Care Worker role is onsite in Greer, SC, with visits scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is $14 per hour. AFNB provides in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. The worker provides personal care and companionship in clients’ homes, assists with meals and household tasks, gives medication reminders, and monitors and reports changes in clients’ well-being. The role helps maintain safe, respectful care and accurate documentation while following care instructions and company and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting
• offer companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation and assist with feeding as needed
• provide medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments
• monitor and report changes in health and well-being
• maintain a clean, safe client environment
• document care
• travel reliably to assigned client visits
• complete required in-service training.
