What you'll do

• Design and optimize multichannel journeys across email, push, web, and in-app
• develop responsive, ADA-compliant emails using HTML and CSS
• test messaging, cadence, targeting, and channels
• report on performance and testing outcomes
• partner with Customer Insights, Product Marketing, Product and Technology, Brand, and Creative to improve lifecycle marketing and email practices.
