Speech Therapist - PRN

The Speech Therapist - PRN role is an onsite position located in Olathe, CO. , and this role supports the rehabilitation department at Home Health of Western Colorado. The role exists to provide ongoing speech therapy services to clients based on physician orders. The therapist evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, communicates progress to the care team, and maintains clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Evaluates clients and formulates effective treatment plans per physician request.
• Initiates ordered treatments and communicates with physicians regarding client progress.
• Maintains proper documentation according to state, federal, and third-party payor regulations.
• Complies with the Speech Language Pathology Practice Act.
