Team Lead

Job overview

The Team Lead works onsite in Bethesda, MD. Compensation is $21.50 per hour. The role supports CAVA’s restaurant team and its Mediterranean-inspired food and guest service. Team Leads help managers lead daily restaurant operations, uphold food and service standards, and develop team members. The position contributes to a positive guest experience through coaching, task delegation, food safety, and operational support.

What you'll do

• Work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach, develop, and support cross-training
• assist with opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• support food safety and cleanliness practices
• help resolve issues
• support shift deployment and timely food presentation.
