What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, season, and serve meals according to menus and schedules
• follow standard recipes and food-handling practices
• estimate food quantities and portion servings according to resident guidelines
• prepare ingredients
• check food for recipe conformity and appearance
• serve meals according to dietary guidelines and verify tray completeness
• prepare a variety of hot and cold foods.
