The Machine Operator, Nonwoven Materials role is onsite in Clarksville, TN, and is full-time and permanent. Compensation starts at $19–$22+ per hour, depending on experience and education; night shift is eligible for a $2.50-per-hour shift bonus. The operator runs a Celli/Rewinder line to slit and rewind nonwoven material rolls, checks product specifications and defects, and prepares finished rolls for shipment. The role includes operating wrapping and crane equipment, collecting quality samples, performing routine maintenance, following safety procedures, and keeping the workstation organized.

What you'll do

• Operate the Celli/Rewinder
• monitor material and identify defects
• flag defective sections
• operate an overhead crane and vertical wrapper
• set and replace knives
• wrap and label rolls
• collect samples for quality testing
• perform manual and automatic rewinder operations
• work across lines as needed
• perform routine maintenance
• follow safety and PPE procedures
• maintain a clean workstation.
