Bilingual Contact Center Agent

Job overview

The Bilingual Contact Center Agent role is onsite in Moline, IL, at the credit union’s River Drive headquarters; pay is $16–$17 per hour. The role supports IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union members. As a first point of contact, the agent handles member inquiries and transactions, resolves issues, and identifies products and services that fit members’ needs. The work supports member financial wellness and lasting relationships with the credit union.

What you'll do

• Assist members with account inquiries, loan information, online banking, and other financial needs
• resolve issues with a goal of first-contact resolution
• identify relevant products and services
• document interactions accurately
• follow compliance procedures
• participate in meetings, training, and organizational initiatives
• stay current on policies, technology, and remote delivery options.
