What you'll do

• Supervise medical assistants and direct patient flow
• ensure medical assistants are cross-trained and current in clinical skills
• handle complaints about clinical services
• assist with medical assistant duties and practitioners’ examinations as needed
• maintain and sterilize instruments and test equipment
• manage medical supplies and vaccines
• coordinate vaccine programs
• assist with audits, hiring, training, scheduling, time-off requests, and timecards
• maintain electronic health record entries
• work with clinic staff to support patient care.
