Technical Support Engineer — Hybrid

What you'll do

• Own and prioritize customer support cases
• troubleshoot errors and unexpected behavior
• perform backend configuration, data transformations, uploads and migrations
• handle Level 1, 2 and 3 cases
• use admin tools, session replay, logs and developer tools
• contribute to knowledge-base articles
• collaborate with support peers and cross-functional teams
• and participate in stakeholder meetings and special projects.
